 Missing or Damaged Online Orders

If you received your package with damaged or missing items, please take a photo and send an email to support@crazycazboys.com.

In your email, please provide the following: Order number, name and description of the missing or damaged item, and a photo of the missing or damaged item. 

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours of submission.

Important: Customers compensation will be determined by the evidence provided in the email sent to support@crazycazboys.com.

Expiration: Items that are purchased after their expiration are not eligible for returns. Expiration dates are included in all descriptions.

Online Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order up to one hour after placing the order Monday through Friday. Customer Service is closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Federal Holidays and orders cannot be cancelled during these times. Any requests to cancel an order after time has expired or on weekends/holidays will be responsible for any return shipping fees and will be deducted from the returned amount.

In Store Return Policy

Crazy Cazboy's Bin Stores have a no return, no refund policy. Please use box opening stations and testing stations to inspect items before you checkout. The bin pricing is based off of a non-inventory, unmanifested system. This system keeps prices crazy low and savings high. Due to this system and pricing structure Crazy Cazboy's does not accept returns in store.
